What We Do
We provide home weatherization to qualifying households in order to increase energy savings and make homes more comfortable during the cold and warm seasons. We do this through our federally-funded Weatherization Assistance Program.
All weatherization services are free! Our CSC crew performs most of our Weatherization services, and we partner with local contractors for any additional services.

Eligibility for CSC Weatherization depends on household income and is available to both homeowners and renters, with their landlord’s approval.

As part of our utility assistance program, Community Services Consortium offers free energy conservation information to help those we serve learn more about how to save energy in their homes and reduce their utility bills.
